Frequently asked
How far in advance should I book?
Wedding weekends in peak season (April–June, September–November) tend to fill 6–9 months out. We accept inquiries up to a year in advance and require a deposit to lock the date.
What does the deposit cover?
A $400 refundable security deposit reserves your date and protects against damage. It’s returned within 7 days of the event, less only documented damage charges.
Do you provide power and water?
The trailer needs a standard 30-amp outlet within 100 ft and a garden-hose water hookup. If your venue can’t provide both, we’ll quote a generator and fresh-water tank as add-ons.
How many guests can one trailer serve?
Comfortably 150 guests for an evening wedding, or up to 250 for an event with shorter peak windows. We’ll right-size the package on the quote call.
What areas do you serve?
Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Blythewood, Camden, Newberry, and the broader Midlands. Outside that radius we quote a flat delivery fee — never an hourly mystery charge.
What about cancellations or weather?
Reschedule once at no charge with at least 14 days’ notice. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit. Severe-weather rescheduling is always free — we’d rather move the date than risk your event.
